Conditions

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with lk1971, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. lk1971 is strictly an adult platform. Players aged 17 or below are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing lk1971 as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on lk1971 or any affiliated platform, nor subject to any active account suspension or ban imposed by lk1971.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of lk1971 or any of its software providers, without explicit prior written consent from lk1971 management.

lk1971 operates in the Bangladesh market and serves players across all eight administrative divisions — Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Sylhet, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing lk1971 complies with the laws applicable in their specific location. lk1971 makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. Players who access lk1971 from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so entirely at their own risk and cannot hold lk1971 liable for any consequence arising from that access.

lk1971 actively employs age verification measures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. During verification, players may be required to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Submission of false, altered, or fraudulent documents is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

lk1971 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or USDT (for cryptocurrency deposits). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (Tether, TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your lk1971 account balance in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes, depending on the payment method and network conditions. lk1971 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review period of up to 24 hours. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• The withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used for a deposit on your account, subject to lk1971's discretion.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must have been fulfilled in full.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active security flags or pending reviews.

lk1971 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in cases where account activity triggers a security review. Players may be asked to provide updated proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds documentation.

Deposits made to lk1971 are intended for use in real-money gaming activity. lk1971 reserves the right to refuse the return of a deposit where it has reasonable grounds to believe the deposit was made in error, was funded by a fraudulent payment source, or where anti-money-laundering review is pending. All deposit-and-withdrawal activity on lk1971 is monitored in compliance with responsible financial management practices.

As a registered player on lk1971, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, recreational gaming purposes and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lk1971 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent documents, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility status.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one account on lk1971 under any name, email address, device, or payment method combination.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand information in live poker or card games, or otherwise distort the fairness of any game.
• Charge-backs: Initiating unauthorised charge-backs, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider for deposits made to lk1971. Any player who initiates a charge-back will have their account immediately suspended and the amount in dispute recovered from any remaining balance.
• Hacking and System Interference: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the lk1971 platform, its software, servers, or databases.
• Money Laundering: Using lk1971 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity. lk1971 actively monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and will report suspected financial crimes to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, discriminatory, racist, or abusive language toward lk1971 support staff or other players in any communication channel, including live chat.

lk1971 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Decisions regarding account suspension and balance forfeiture in cases of confirmed prohibited conduct are made at lk1971's sole discretion and are final. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may raise a dispute via email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification of the suspension.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your lk1971 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, lk1971 will process any eligible outstanding withdrawal of your real-money balance (subject to KYC verification and the conditions set out in Section 4) before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Closure for Responsible Gaming: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — may do so via the account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are treated with priority. A self-excluded player will be locked out of their account for the chosen exclusion period and will not be permitted to open a new account during that time. lk1971 strongly encourages any player who believes gambling is negatively affecting their life to use this facility immediately.

Suspension or Closure by lk1971: lk1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• lk1971's business decision to withdraw services from a particular region or player segment, with reasonable notice where feasible.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, lk1971 will freeze the account balance during the review period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and the balance will remain accessible. If the investigation confirms a violation, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Following permanent account closure (whether initiated by the player or by lk1971), lk1971 will retain account records and transaction history for a minimum of five years as required by applicable data retention and anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.
